Srinivas completed his Medical degree and DNB General surgery in India. Undertook Plastic Surgery training in India and in the UK since 1995. Appointed as Consultant Plastic Surgeon in NHS in 2004. Main work involves cancer resection / reconstruction practice (Breast cancer / Head and Neck and Skin cancers) in NHS. Entire range of Aesthetic Surgery practice since 2004 – but more focused on aesthetic Breast surgery, Trunk and Facial Aesthetic surgery for past 15 years.
Involved with RCS Edinburgh for over 10 years in delivering Training the Trainer courses.
BAAPS as Council Member (2018 to 2021) and developing the now popular Regional Aesthetic Surgery Training programme.
Developed Professional Behaviours in Aesthetic Surgery course (managed by RCS England) as its Clinical Lead.
BAPRAS Council Member (Jan 2024 to Dec 2025)
Clinical Chair to the Beardwood (Private) Hospital, Circle Health Group – Jan 2020 to Dec 2025.
Appointed as Clinical Director to the Plastic Surgery Department in Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust since April 2022 – to date.
Elected to BFIRST Committee in September 2025.
